The Calvert County Literacy Council supports and advocates for literacy in Calvert County, Maryland. We provide free literacy tutoring to adult residents of Calvert County. Through one-on-one tutoring, we teach adults to read, write, and speak English proficiently, compute and solve problems, and use technology to function in the family, on the job, and in society. We also provide one-one-one tutoring to adults in Graduate Equivalent Diploma (GED) and External Diploma programs.
