The goal of the Charles County Literacy Council (CCLC) is to provide FREE help to Adult Non-Readers (Adults needing assistance in reading, writing, math and other skills) throughout Charles County. Our goal is to assist our students in reaching their educational goals through one-on-one and small group tutoring. Confidential one-on-one tutoring for adults in reading, writing, math, and English as a Second Language.
