Ritamarie’s twin, Sean Holden, was man of honor, while Kevin’s brother, John Harting Jr, was the best man. The reception was held at the Daughters of American Revolution museum in Washington. The newlyweds spent their honeymoon on St John in the US Virgin Islands and reside in Chesapeake Beach, Md.
