Kara Anne Smith of New Matamoras, Ohio and Matthew Kenneth Turing of Great Mills, Maryland were married on Saturday, May 09, 2015 in Evergreen Bible Church, Marietta, Ohio. The bride is the daughter of Rick and Jane Smith. The groom is the son of Ken and Lynda Turing.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in the Caribbean.

Matthew and Kara met while both students at Cedarville University. Kara is currently in her senior year in the University's nursing program. Matthew, a 2013 graduate, is a mathematician employed with NavAir. The couple will reside in Southern Maryland.
