Michele Brown of Bryans Road, MD and Andrew Painter of Indian Head, MD were married on Saturday, December 02, 2000 in St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church, Indian Head, MD. The bride is the daughter of Rick and Georgie Brown. The groom is the son of Mabel Painter and the late Robert Painter.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in the Poconos (hopefully).

Michele is employed with the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC and Andrew is employed with the Driggs Corporation in Waldorf, MD.

The Maid of Honor will be Kim Brown, sister of the Bride. The Best Man will be Jim Miller, friend of the Bride and Groom. The Bridesmaids will be: Karen (Wright) Clement, Jennifer (Lawler) Arguelles, and Dawn Sorzano. The Groomsmen will be Charles Harding, Eric Horstkamp, Robert Sorzano, and Christopher Wolfe. The flower girl will be Abigail Perry, great-niece of the groom. The ring bearers will be Branden Sorzano, great-nephew of the groom and Russell Clement, friend of the bride and groom. The hostesses will be Jacquelyn Wolfe and Heather Mills, both nieces of the groom. Father Gude will be presiding over the ceremony.
