He is employed as an engineering consultant at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant in Lusby, MD. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Virginia E. Wilcox and the late Frank B. Wilcox of West Bloomfield, Michigan. She is the grandmother of Dayton Bishop, son of Jeff and Angel Bishop of Hughesville and of Chloe and Maya Souder, daughters of Rob and Christine Souder of Roxboro, NC. She is employed as an analyst at Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, MD. The wedding and reception will be held on 15 November 2008 at St. Marys of Bryantown Catholic Church in Bryantown, Maryland.
