The bride is the daughter of Mary Belle and the late Rchard S. Stormie Combs. The groom is the son of Michael and Terri Hicks and David W. Talbert.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Solomons, Md.

This will be a marriage of a family including the Bride's son Joseph Combs. They currently reside in Clements, Md.
