Juliet Quillen of Calvert County and John Madden of Howard County were married on Friday, April 13, 2007 in Columbia, Maryland. The bride is the daughter of Michael and Diana Quillen. The groom is the son of Michael and Geraldine Madden.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in St. Thomas.

John and Juliet met by chance in Downtown Baltimore, MD. While socializing with acquaintances they were introduced and although neither was looking to launch a relationship they found themselves drawn to one another. After a delightful evening filled with casual conversation they exchanged addressed and said goodbye. John and Juliet wrote each other for a short while before deciding to go out on a date. Their relationship is one that has developed at a slow and steady pace filled with happiness and hope for the future.
