Robert Wayne Denny, 68, of Port Tobacco, MD died on September 14, 2014 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 22, 1946 in Richmond, VA to the late George and Clarice Denny.

He is survived by his wife Judy Denny, daughters Buffy Lytton and Karrie Underwood, brother George Denny, Jr. He is also survived by his grandchildren Courtney Underwood, Brittany Underwood and Bobby Lytton.

Robert worked as a Federal Police Officer and was in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He also volunteered at the Charles County Rescue Squad.

The family will receive friends on Friday September 19, 2014 at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata, MD from 10 AM until service time at 11 AM. Interment to follow at the Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, MD. The family would also like to invite friends and family back to the Charles County Rescue Squad in La Plata, MD for food and fellowship following the Interment.
