Jean Casey Hubbard, 76 of Prince Frederick, MD died August 15, 2014 at her residence. Born November 21, 1937 in Martinsville, Indiana to William Glenister Casey and Nina Lee Manspield Casey.

Jean was a board member for 20 years for Spring Dell Center Inc. She was a lifelong advocate for the developmentally disabled children and adults for whom she has received several awards from the Maryland Association of Community Service for her volunteerism. She was recognized as the first female deacon of Towson Presbyterian Church, Towson, MD. Prior to her years as a home maker raising and caring for her family she worked at the Pentagon as the chief clerk for the US Army research and development director from 1957-1967.

In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her son Jeffrey Glenn Hubbard. Jean was survived by her husband of 53 years Leslie Hubbard, daughter Dawn Hubbard-Moody and her husband Terry of Dunn, NC and one brother William John Casey of Coral Springs, FL.

A memorial service and burial will take place at Christ Church Wayside, 13050 Rock Point Road, Newburg, MD 20664 at a later date.
