Lillia Ann Montgomery Hardy, 84, of Waldorf, Maryland passed away on June 19, 2014. Born and raised in Waldorf, she was the daughter of the late Viola Dixon Montgomery and the late Benedict C. Montgomery.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Aubrey F. Hardy; brothers Randolph, Reginald, Vincent, Alex and Jimmy; and sisters Gwen, Lorraine, Imogene, Vertie and Norma Jean.

She is survived by her daughters Shelia Hardy Talbert of Florida, Sharen Hardy Meadows of North Carolina, Sheree Hardy of Mechanicsville, Maryland and Shelly Hardy Witt of Waldorf, Maryland; sons Sheldon Hardy of Lusby, Maryland and Shelby Hardy of Arlington, Virginia; brothers Leroy Montgomery of Sykesville, Maryland, Joseph Montgomery of Florida and Benedict Montgomery of Benedict, Maryland; sister Evelyn St.Armand of Lynchburg, Virginia; 22 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home, 3035 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland on Tuesday June 24, 2014 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. The funeral service will be held at Calvary United Methodist Church, 3235 Leonardtown Road, Waldorf, Maryland on Wednesday June 25, 2014 at 11am. The burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, Maryland.
