Brenda Lou Fischer died suddenly on February 20, 2008 at the age of 44 in Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C. Brenda was born on March 3, 1963 in Cheverly, MD to Betty Maloney Glotfelty and the late Bill Glotfelty.

Brenda is survived by her loving husband Neil Fischer. She is the beloved mother of Shawn Fischer and his wife Tina of Lusby, MD; Kimberly Campbell and her husband Dew of Lusby, MD; Aaron Bobo of Lusby, MD and Eric Woods of Lusby, MD. Devoted sister of Brad Glotfelty and his wife Debby of Brandywine, MD; Kay Harrison and her husband Robert of Murrells Inlet, SC; Bryan Glotfelty and his wife Esther of La Plata, MD and Gayle Shepherd and her husband Henry of Charlotte Hall, MD. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

The family received friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, P.A. 20 American Lane, Lusby, MD on Monday, February 25 at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 12:00 noon. Interment followed at Charles Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Leonardtown, MD.
