Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Timko of Waldorf, MD died on May 4, 2014 at her residence with Hospice. She was 70 years old. She is the daughter of the late Earnie James Letterman and the late Vada Lee Garner.

Mrs. Timko was a food service worker with the Prince George's County Schools for 25 years.

She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Weight Watchers. She enjoyed her time in Hawaii where she lived briefly and her "grand dogs" Kaya and Bruno. She most enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, John Daniel Timko; two sons, Chris K. Timko and his wife Michelle and Sean J. Timko and his companion Marya Cawley; and two grandchildren, Josh and Courtney.

Friends received on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 11:30AM until time of Funeral Service at 1PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Interment at the MD Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD at 2PM.
