Barbara Elizabeth "Peggy" Montgomery, 79, of Hollywood, MD passed away on April 11, 2014 in Leonardtown, MD. Born on April 24, 1934 in Leonardtown, MD, she was the loving daughter of the late John I. and Annie M. Dorsey.

Barbara was the loving wife of the late William John Montgomery (Moe) whom she married in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lexington Park, MD on February 23, 1962, and whom preceded her in death on March 9, 2003.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Sheryl Montgomery (Daniel) of Leonardtown, MD, 3 grandchildren; Kelly Lowe, Charles D. Clements and Hannah E. Clements. Siblings; Evelyn Armsworthy of California, MD, Grace T. Davis and Joseph P. Dorsey both of Hollywood, MD. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Mary M. Abell, Catherine V. Dixon, William W. Dorsey, half Brother Elbert Dorsey and Half Brother Ignatious Redmond.

Barbara was a lifelong resident of St. Mary's County, MD and graduated from Great Mills High School. She worked bartending with her sister Kitty at the Clover Inn, Hollywood, MD and in 1962 left to be a homemaker and mother. Barbara liked to play cards, watch football with the family, and loved her cats and dogs. She enjoyed holidays at her sister in laws home with the family.
