Donald Perry "Donnie" Windsor, 66, of Leonardtown, MD formerly of Laurel, MD died September 22, 2006 in Washington Hospital Center.

Born July 8, 1940 in Washington, DC he was the son of the late Ralph and Della Catherine Biggs Windsor, Sr.

He is survived by his children: Rose Collins of Laurel, MD, Donald Windsor of VA, Lori Heard & John Heard both of Lexington Park, MD, Brandi, Cole Yost and Mike Yost all of DE; siblings: Lisa Windsor of FL, Randy Windsor of Lexington Park, MD, Alan Windsor of TX, Ralph Windsor, Jr. of Clinton, MD, Ronald Windsor of Oxon Hill, MD, Brian Windsor of Washington, DC, Betty Hill and Louise Biscoe of Great Mills, MD.

He was preceded in death by his daughter: Cheryl Yost and siblings: Jean Myers, Wanda Sue, Linda Windsor and David Windsor.

Mr. Windsor moved to St. Mary's County 11 years ago. He worked as a painter & maintence contractor since he was 16 years old until his retirement in 2005. He loved to read & be informed on life, loved to make people smile & feel loved. He worked hard & wants to say "Thanks" to all for being in his life. He loves you and also to his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces & nephews "I Love You".

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 29, 2006 from 2:00 – 2:30 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, where a Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Daniel Moore officiating. Interment will be private.
