Ella Mae Armstrong of Colonial Beach, Virginia formerly of La Plata, Maryland passed away on Saturday March 8, 2014 at the age of 79.

Ella enjoyed spending time with her loving family and pets, cooking for her family and playing bingo.

Ella is preceded in death by her first husband Thomas H. Chaney, Sr.; second husband Hugh P. Armstrong and son Theodore L. Chaney.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas H. Chaney, Jr., Timothy W. Chaney and Terry A. Chaney; brother Joseph Boley; step sons, Hugh P. Armstrong, III, Ronnie Armstrong, Kevin Armstrong and Keith Armstrong; step daughter, Debbie King and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home 3035 Old Washington Road Waldorf, Maryland on Monday March 17, 2014 from 10am to 12pm where the funeral service will be held at 12pm. The burial will follow the service at Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, Maryland.
