Mary Louise (Cole) Rosier was born on July 27, 1913 in Newport, Maryland to Daniel and Annie Cole. Louise was nine out of ten children. She was educated in the Charles County School System. She was a dedicated member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Also was an active participant at the Richard Clark Senior Center.
Louise married her long life companion Joseph K. Rosier; they were united on December 6, 1931 at Newport Church, Newport, MD. Through this union of 52 years the couple was blessed with thirteen children, who, whom they were extremly proud of; Madeline, William, Henry, Mary, James, Bernard, Richard, Robert, Leroy, Dorothy, Emma Jean, Stephen and Raymond. Louise worked at Howard Johnson Resturant before settling down on the farm to raise her family. She loved cooking, fishing, crabbing, boating, crocheting, needle point, ceramic, art and craft work, working around the yard and in the flower beds, raising livestock, gradening, sewing, making quilts, playing cards, bingo, and Po-Ke-No. Especially the love she had for her dogs and cats. She leaves behind to cherish her memories: Henry (Violet, Mary Carter (Theodore), James (Shirley), Bernard (Barbara), Dorothy Newman, Emma Jean (Ernest), Stephen and Raymond (Helen Mae). Three sisters Katherine Rosier, Agnes Washington, Regina Farmer and one brother, James (Lloyd). Also sixty-one (61) grandchildren, one hunder six (106) great-grandchildren and twenty-five (25) great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude for the the many acts of kindess and love extended during their time of sorrow.
