Edgar "Wilson" Lane, 61, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away on February 25, 2014 at Washington Hospital Center. He was born on August 14, 1952 in Prince Frederick, Maryland to the late Benjamin Leroy and Helen Mae Ogden Lane.

Wilson loved to fish, and was Captain of his charter boat "Whiskers". He also loved to cut up and carry on especially with his family and many nieces and nephews.

Wilson is survived by his wife, Kathy Lane of Prince Frederick, and his brother Ben Lane and his wife Pam, of Prince Frederick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, Maryland on Sunday March 2, 2014 from 1-4 PM, where services will be held on Monday March 3, 2014 at 11 A.M. Interment is private.
