![]() Bruce Raymond Pratt, 63, of Piney Point, MD died on November 12, 2013 at the Hospice House of St. Mary's, Callaway, MD. Born May 18, 1950, in Denver, CO he was the son of the late Eugene Fay Pratt and Gladys Rosemary (Riggle) Pratt.
Bruce attended Esperanza Middle School and was a 1968 graduate of Great Mills High School. Bruce enlisted in the United States Navy in 1973 at Patuxent River Naval Air Station and was honorably discharged in 1976. He worked with computer technology for over 30 years as an Information Technology Specialist. Bruce was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lexington Park, MD. Bruce was devoted to his religion and served faithfully in the church callings he received. Bruce was an avid bicyclist, recently enjoying rides along the C&O Canal. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife, especially in his RV. One of his favorite places to visit are the beautiful mountains of Colorado. Bruce is survived by his wife Adrienne Nadler Pratt, his son, Terry Lee Pratt (Shelly) of Bedias, TX; his siblings, Jeannie K. Russell (Richard) of Panama City, FL, Michael Pratt (Victoria) of St. Petersburg, FL, Charlene Osborn (Tim) of Lafayette, LA, and Annette Nixon of Gulf Breeze, FL; and grandchildren Terry Lee "TJ" Pratt, Jr. and Dean Pratt, both of Bedias, TX. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 18, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 22747 Old Rolling Rd., Lexington Park, MD 20653. Services will be conducted by Bishop Bryan Lowe at 11:00 a.m. Interment services will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, FL. Pallbearers are Terry Pratt, Chris Russell, Tom Boswell, Dennis Reed, Carl Torgesen, Mark Henderson, and Phil Sprinkle.
