Kathleen Burgess Bello of La Plata, MD, formerly of Forestville, MD, died on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at her residence. She was 62 years old. Born on September 16, 1951 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Alma and John Burgess.

Mrs. Bello was a dedicated worker for Tribles as a call center supervisor and was very good at her job. She was a loving mother and grandmother who was great at giving good advice. She was a good friend and had a great sense of humor. She was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Jeb Bello; her sister Alma "Sis" Todd; and her brother Raymond Burgess.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Joseph Bello; her son Rob Bello; her grandson Ethan Bello; her brothers John Burgess, Robert Burgess, William Burgess, Thomas Burgess and Daniel Burgess; also by 18 nieces and nephews, 24 great nieces and nephews, 6 great-great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 2-4PM and from 6-8PM with a Rosary at 7PM at the Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue La Plata, MD 20646 and where Funeral Service will be held at 10AM on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Interment to follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD.
