Tracy (Metcalf) Slack, 44, of Waldorf, MD passed away on November 4, 2013.

She was born on August 17, 1969 in Agana, Guam to Gary Monroe Metcalf and Gale (Vieira) Metcalf.

Tracy grew up in Waldorf, MD, and was a 1987 graduate of La Plata High School. She later became an LPN. She enjoyed traveling, the beach, music, and cooking. She also enjoyed spending time with friends, watching the Cowboys beat the Redskins, and making people laugh.

In addition to her parents, Gary & Gale Metcalf, Tracy is survived by her children, Alicia Parker, Lacie Slack, and Kierstin Slack; two brothers, Kevin Metcalf (Blynda) and John David Metcalf (Shelby Norris); sister, Stefany Metcalf; and four grandchildren, Tristan, Alayna, Grayson, and Jayden.

Family and friends will be received for Tracy's Life Celebration on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A Service will begin at 7:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Pastor Paul Goodwin will officiate.
