Anna "Dolores" Tephabock Gatton, 82, of Lexington Park, MD died October 22, 2013 at the Hospice House of St. Mary's. Born July 19, 1931 in Laurel Dale, WV she was the daughter of the late Vernon Dale Tephabock and Margie Ann (Weasenforth) Tephabock.

Anna was a member of the American Legion Post #255, Ridge, MD. She loved to play Bingo and her favorite flower was the iris which she loved to plant.

Anna is survived by her children, Joseph H. Gatton, Jr. of Dameron, MD, Danny Gatton of Hollywood, MD, and James "Kim" Gatton of Ash, NC; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Howard Gatton, Sr. and her sisters, Dale Tephabock, Betty Coffman, and Bonnie Springer.

Family will receive friends on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 47477 Trinity Church Road, St. Mary's City, MD 20686. A funeral service will be conducted by Rev. John Ball at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Trinity Episcopal Cemetery.
