Helen Brooke Wills, 56, of La Plata, MD, died on September 12, 2013 at University of Maryland Charles Regional Hospital in La Plata, MD Brooke was born on November 3, 1956 in La Plata, MD to Patricia Ann Wills and the late Julian Blacklock Wills, Sr. She is also predeceased by her brother Joseph Mudd Wills.

Brooke was a homemaker.

She loved her children and granddaughter. She enjoyed her animals and gardening and was a good seamstress.

She is survived by her daughters Samantha Petrides and Kendall Messick, son-in-law Mike Petrides, step daughter Heidi Messick, brothers Julian Blacklock Wills, Jr., James Washington Wills, III, Mark Reed Wills, sister Julia Ann Wills. She is also survived by her granddaughter Coralee Petrides.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday September 18, 2013 from 10 Am until service time at 11 AM at the St. Ignatius Church Port Tobacco, MD. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
