Howard Archie Shaw, Jr. of Waldorf, MD died on July 26, 2013 in Welcome, MD. He was 82 years old.

Mr. Shaw is the son of Howard Archibald Shaw and Vera Louise Bloom. He is survived by one son, Kenneth Lee Shaw; one sister, Irene Brown; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was a veteran with the United States Air Force and was a shop foreman for 35 plus years with Barnes & Tucker Coal Co. in Barnesboro, PA. He was also a member of the American Legion and a volunteer fire department.

Funeral Services and Interment will be private.
