Jeffrey Vernon Leach, of Lusby, Md. met an untimely death on New Years Eve December 31, 2007 at Calvert Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 23, 1954 to the late John and Ann Leach of Adelphi, MD. Survived by his wife Mary, son Robert and family, brother's John and the late Michael, sister Stacey, and many life long friends and family.

Jeff was a United States Army Veteran who served in Germany and state side as an armor crewman. He loved watching black and white westerns, Baltimore Orioles Baseball, Washington Redskin Football and late night movies with his cat Parris. He could never resist a great game of poker with his closest friends and family.

In 2006 he lived his life long dream of taking his Harley to Sturgis North Dakota for bike week with his Raptor brothers - Gary, John, and Tom. Many of his fondest memories were with his hunting, fishing, and biker buddies.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Doctor's and nursing staff at Calvert Hospital for their outstanding care, compassion, and support during this time.

Services and inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium, Arlington, Virginia on Tuesday, January 22, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. with military honors offered by the U. S. Army. Pastor Brian Shepherd, from Community Life Church of God, Great Mills, MD officiated.
