Patricia Mary Feith of White Plains, MD died on July 14, 2013 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. She died of heart failure.
Patricia Mary Manchester Feith was Jerry Feith's loving wife. She was one in a billion. She was loving, compassionate, analytical, evaluative, and had a sixth sense about everything. In June 1955, she graduated from St. Joan of Arc School. In June 1959, she graduated from the Assissium Finishing School. Her work history includes Horn & Hardart, Kress & Co., Household Finance, Raymond Spillman Industrial Design, Cordley & Hayes, Diana Corporation, S. Klein's Dept. Store, and her last position was with the Department of Labor's Office of Contract and Compliance. In July 1967, she married her husband and left a position as a buyer to become a devoted wife and homemaker who traveled all over the United States with him. For 25 years, she conducted a mediation group in her home. She was extremely spiritual and loved all religions by studying in order to converse and discuss other beliefs with the goal of deep respect of all people's beliefs. She believed there is only one God whether you call him Jehovah, Muhammad, Krishna, or any other name. This spiritualism caused people to want to discuss their religion with her. One of her unique abilities was reading comprehension. She understood what she read. This ability enabled her to discuss issues from refrigeration to roofing to heating system idiosyncrasies. She will be missed by all. Her husband is grateful and appreciative that she gave him 46 wonderful years and three years of courting. She studied the Koran (Islam), Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, The Dhammapada (Hindu), Guru Granth Sahib (Sikh), the Bible (Christian & Jewish) with a goal of conversing with diverse people and concluding we all believe in God whether we call God Allah, Jehovah, Krishna, or any other name. She participated with the Sunday 10:30AM morning mass on Channel 50 and previously Channel 23. At the end, she made some significant comments like, "Am I alive? Cut it now, right now, destroying my soul (suffering), let's go home." She officially died at 4:40PM on July 14, 2013. Friends received on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 10AM until Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 4590 St. Joseph Way, Pomfret, MD 20675. Interment to follow at the St. Peter's Catholic Church Cemetery. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral service. |
