Sharon Lee Mayhew of Waldorf, Maryland, died on July 14, 2013 at the Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf. She was 58 years old.

Born on June 1, 1955 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Nancy Dennis and the late Perry Wilcox Sr.

Mrs. Mayhew, a kind, warm hearted person who was a loving mother and was loyal to everyone she cared about. She was a homemaker at home who was a member of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, the late Linda Horsman.

She is survived by her son Brandon Mayhew and his wife Amanda; her sister Debbie Dubbert; her brother Perry "Willie" Wilcox Jr.

Visitation on Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 10AM until time of service at 12Noon at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A., 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646 with Reverend Mark Roberson. Interment to follow at Heritage Memorial Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
