On Thursday, July 11, 2013, Melvin L. Coles, Sr. quietly entered eternal life at his residence in Chaptico, Maryland.

He was the husband of the late Ann Y. Coles and father of Melvin, Jr. and Mark. Also surviving daughter-in-law and one grandchild, and other relatives and friends.

His viewing will be held from 10am until time of service, 11am on Friday, July 19, 2013 at Grace United Methodist Church, 11700 Old Fort Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744.

Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
