John Anthony "Uncle Pie" Walls of Waldorf, MD died on May 15, 2013 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. He was 69 years old.

"Uncle Pie" was a shop manager at Goode Trash Removal in Temple Hills, MD and was a Veteran of the U. S. Army. He was also a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Waldorf, MD. He was the previous owner of J&K Trucking in Washington, DC and Prince George's County. He was a graduate of Suitland High School where he participated as a cross country runner and wrestler. He spent his life with work and his family, especially his grandkids.

Son of the late Louis Joseph Walls and the late Rose Eleanor Walker Walls.

Survived by his wife of 45 years, Robin Walls; two sons, Johnnie Walls and wife Stephanie of Waldorf, MD and Joseph Walls and wife Joey of Waldorf, MD; four daughters, Diana Walls of Waldorf, MD, Theresa Walls of Waldorf, MD, Crystal Walls of Waldorf, MD, and Nicole Walls of Charlotte Hall, MD; three sisters, Cathy Scott of Baden, MD, Joan Motley of District Heights, MD, and Shirley Schweich of Centreville, MD. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and one niece, Mary Ann Anderson.

Visitation on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 11AM at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, 100 Village Street, Waldorf, MD 20602 with Interment to follow at MD Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
