Elizabeth Ann Herring of La Plata, MD died on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was 85 years old.

Mrs. Herring was a homemaker and is the daughter of the late John Raymond Barry and the late Catherine Wells Barry.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, James William Herring.

She is also survived by a daughter, Patricia Palchak.

Visitation on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 10AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM at St Peter's Catholic Church, 3320 St. Peter's Drive, Waldorf, MD 20601. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
