Linda Marie "Boo Boo" Welch of La Plata, MD died on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at her residence. She was 65 years old.

Linda was a restaurant cook at Pancakes Plus Restaurant in La Plata for 20 years and was of the Catholic faith. She loved bingo, crossword puzzle books, and was an avid Redskins fan. She was a volunteer at Civista Medical Center for seven years. She loved all of her coworkers at Pancakes Plus.

Daughter of the late Archie Thomas Welch and the late Hazel Lillian Wenk. Also preceded in death by her brothers Lee Welch and Joseph "Joe" Welch and her sister Polly Strack. She is survived by her sisters Margie Welch and Barbara Coburn, 13 nieces and nephews, 23 great nieces and nephews, and 20 great great nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 9AM until time of Funeral Service at 12 PM with Rev. Chris Bryan officiating at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Interment at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601. Pallbearers: Joey Welch, Andy Welch, Jeffery Welch, Keith Fincham, Tony Lusk, John Allan Pilkerton, Allen Howe, Chuckie Ayers, and Freddie Crouse.
