Family and friends will unite on Tuesday, March 12, 2012 from 10;00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home Chapel, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD 20601. Interment will be Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD 20623.
