John Harold Beers, 82, of Charlotte Hall, MD passed away at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home on February 1, 2013. He was born on February 9, 1930 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Ida C. (Tritt) and Chester Beers.

He served in the Military for 20 years and retired from the U.S. Air Force. Later, John became a collections manager with Equifax. He was a handyman and enjoyed watching T.V. and football. He also loved his cats. John made the most of his retirement.

John is survived by his daughter, Patricia Beers-Speelman of Adelphi, MD and his step-daughter, Dr. Carol Ann Lee of Sacramento, CA.

Family services are private. All arrangements are being handled by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
