Victoria Elizabeth Campbell of White Plains, Maryland, died on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. She was 68 years old. Born on October 7, 1944 in Akron, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Rosa B. Chapman Campbell and the late James S. Campbell.

Ms. Campbell graduated from Cal State Hayward in 1967. She was a Computer Programmer for the U. S. Census Bureau before retiring after 35 years of service. She raised Scottish Terriers and a number of champion show dogs. She was a member and past president of the Scottish Terrier Club of Greater Washington DC. She was also a regular columnist for Great Scots Magazine, Scottie Newsletter. She was a long time member of the Hand Bell Choir at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church where she attended. She was also a member of the Victorian Red Hats Club in Waldorf.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James S. Campbell II.

She is survived by her sister, Janet Campbell Baker.

A time of remembrance will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 305 East Smallwood Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602 beginning at 11AM with the Reverend Laurie Gates-Ward officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
