Daughter of the late Eddie Ralph and Gurlie Mae Robinson Thornton, Louise was born, December 6, 1936 in Georgia.

Loving mother of James "Tony" Dukes. Also surviving are seven siblings, Eddie Mae, Rebecca, Hubbard, Frank, Walter, Joseph and Morris, many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
