Ethel Hewitt Ferrall, 95 of Waldorf, MD, died on October 29, 2012 at her home in Waldorf, Maryland. She was born on January 20, 1917 in Valley Lee, Maryland. Ethel was the daughter of the late Benjamin Hewitt and Emily Redman Hewitt.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed word puzzles, rosary, family gatherings and holidays. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Besides her parents, Ethel was predeceased by her husband, William "Sandy" Ferrall; siblings, Vernon Hewitt, Myrtle Russell, Rosalie Brown, John Hewitt, William Hewitt, Marie Owens and Benjamin Hewitt.

Survived by her daughters: Elaine McConkey of Waldorf, Maryland, Jeanne Wheatley of Waldorf, Maryland; grandchildren: Jeffrey Wheatley (Carolyn), Valerie Wheatley; great-grandchildren: Alec Wheatley, Lily Wheatley, Abigail Wheatley, Richard Reed and James Reed; Sister-in-law: Ramona Dobry and many nephews and nieces.

A Life Celebration will be held on Monday, November 5, 2012 from 4 - 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7:00 PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Peters Catholic Church 3310 St. Peters Drive, Waldorf, MD, with Interment following at the Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Jeffrey Wheatley, Alec Wheatley, Ralph Brown, David Brown, Michael Brown and Phillip Hamilton.
