James Richard Lord, born on May 24, 1956 to Falecha and the late James R. Lord of Washington D.C.

Beloved husband of 36 years to Sharon Lord. Loving father of Jimmy (Kate) Lord, Jason (Samantha) Lord and Josh Lord. Devoted grandfather of Carter, Andrew, Elaina and Cara Lord. Brother of Mark, Shirley, Pat and Barbara.

He has been a resident of Calvert County since 1990. He was a licensed master plumber. In his free time he enjoyed working on his old cars, but his family was his most prized possession.
