Nancy Octava Todd of La Plata, MD died on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was 76 years old.

Ms. Todd loved children and playing Bingo. She enjoyed playing cards and stitchery. She attended church and would sing at the Charles County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in La Plata, MD.

Daughter of the late William Adam Todd Sr. and the late Mary Willie King Todd.

Predeceased by her parents; one brother James Vernon Todd and his late wife Alma Todd; and Michael Hadaway (married to her cousin).

Survived by one cousin, who was like a sister, Ann Hadaway of Dover, DE; and one brother William A. (Dorothy) Todd, Jr. of Laurel, MD. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Tuesday, August 21, 2012 from 5-8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646). Funeral Service: Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 11AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel. Clergy: Fr. Michael Hadaway. Pallbearers: Tim Todd, Bill Todd, John Todd, Brian Stinchcomb, Joseph Stinchcomb, Matthew Stinchcomb, Brandon Hayden, and Scott Brown. Interment: Cedar Hill Cemetery (4111 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suitland, MD 20746).
