Master Sergeant Larry Thomas Childress, 66, of Staunton, VA, formerly of Mechanicsville, MD passed away from cancer Saturday, August 18, 2012 at his home.

He was a Pneudraulic Technician with the D. C. Air National Guard at Andrews AFB, Maryland from 1970 until his retirement in 2001.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda, son, Jeffrey and his wife, Lynn of Callaway Maryland and their two children, and daughter, Terri of Virginia and three brothers, John, Roger and Elmus.

At his request there will be no formal funeral services.
