Ann Joan Maggi of La Plata, MD died on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Charles County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in La Plata, MD. She was 49 years old. Daughter of the late William S. Maggi and the late Ann J. Maggi.

Ms. Maggi was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a devoted daughter and loving sister.

Predeceased by her parents; her late sister, Shannon A. Maggi.

Survived by two sons, Stephen and Ian (which she blessed two families with adoption); twin brother, William S. Maggi of Washington, DC and another brother, Christopher S. (Kim) Maggi of Waldorf, MD; one sister, Gail M. (Philip) Pannill of Sharpsburg, MD; three nephews, Michael, Christopher, and Conner; and five nieces, Kelly, Nicole, Brooke, Chelsea, and Ava.

Visitation: Monday, May 14, 2012 from 9AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, La Plata, MD. Clergy: Fr. Thomas Crowley. Interment: Monday, May 14, 2012 at 3PM at MD Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
