George Alfred "Puggie" Schneider, III of White Plains, MD died on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Genesis Waldorf Center in Waldorf, MD. He was 52 years old.

Mr. Schneider was a self-employed auto mechanic and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Pomfret, MD. He liked racing cars at Budd's Creek and working on cars. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycles.

Son of the the living George A. Schneider and the late Grace A. Schneider.

Predeceased by his mother.

Survived by his father, George A. Schneider of White Plains, MD; one son, Greg Schneider of Mechanicsville, MD; three daughters, Cassie Schneider of La Plata, MD, Crystal (Matt) Johnson of Trenton, NJ, and Jamie Schneider of Mechanicsville, MD; three brothers, Earl (Joyce) Berry of Waldorf, MD, Tom Berry of Indian Head, MD, and Benny (Gail) Berry of Waldorf, MD; one sister, Lena Bledsoe of Newburg, MD; and one aunt, Catherine Norcia of Palm Harbour, FL. Also survived by four grandchildren: Austin, Rylee, Landon, and Owen.

Visitation: Monday, March 19, 2012 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Mass of Christian Burial: Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 10AM at Mt. Carmel Monastery, 5678 Mt. Carmel Road, La Plata, MD 20646 Clergy: Fr. Robert Buchmeier. Interment: Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD. Pallbearers: Greg Schneider, Chris Aleshire, Matt Johnson, Terry Caddell, Kevin Spillman, Bret Foltyn, Craig Anderson, and Pat Stone.
