Mary H. Mullen, 90, of Cobb Island, MD passed away at Civista Medical Center in La Plata on February 26, 2012.

Her parents; William D. Driver and Mary C. Driver predecease her. She is also predeceased by her husband; Francis J. Mullen, and brother; Jerome M. Driver.

Daughters Frances H. Wise, Cathleen P. Miller, and Michelle M. Paquette survive Mary. Also survived by Brother; Thomas H. Driver. Sisters; Maude E. Taylor, and Cathleen M. Lyon, and sister-in-law; Elizabeth Driver. Nine grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren also survive her. Several nieces and nephews, and dozens of cousins also survive her.

Mary was a great seamstress. She loved to sew, knit, and crochet. She was also an animal lover and rescuer of animals. She was a member of the Waldorf Moose Lodge and at one time, she was a Senior Region for the Lodge.

A viewing will take place on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 8 am until 10 am at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. in La Plata. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 am at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Issue with the Rev. Fr. Gregory S. Coan officiating. Pallbearers will be Lee M. Wise, Timothy A. Wise, Jr., Scott D. Lyon, William J. Taylor, William R. Lyon, & Jonathan Lyon. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
