Born July 8, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Carroll Edwin Culpepper and Marjorie Sterling Culpepper. David served in the Army from Aug 25 1959 to Aug 4, 1961. He worked as a home improvement specialist.

He is survived by his beloved friend Sylvia Pope of Port Republic MD; his Mother Marjorie Culpepper of Pawleys Island, SC; Sister Carol Cole of Pawleys Island, S.C.; his loyal friend Jackie; and Numerous other relatives and friends.
