Nichole Dawnyel Mathews Castillo of Waldorf, MD died on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at her residence. She was 37 years old.

Nichole was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in White Plains, MD and the Eastern Star of Maryland. She attended TESST College of Nursing in VA, where she was on the Dean's List and a graduate of Friendly High School.

Daughter of the late Flemming W. Mathews III and the living Carole V. Mathews.

Predeceased by her father.

Survived by her mother, Carole V. Mathews of Waldorf, MD; two sons, Nicholas Alexander and Zachary Michael Castillo both of Waldorf, MD; two brothers, Ian Flemming (Jasmine) Mathews and Alexander Keith Mathews both of Waldorf, MD. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral Service: Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 10AM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (4560 Padgett Road, White Plains, MD 20695). Interment: At a later date by family.

Memorial contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
