Dr. Kelley was a Neuropsychologist in Washington, DC and MD. He will be remembered for his quick mind, deep laugh, and his adventurous and loving spirit.

He was son of the late Howard Milbourne Kelley and the late Lucille Marie Loneski Kelley.

He was predeceased by his parents and one late brother, Howard Milbourne "Hap" Kelley, Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lisa McGuire Kelley; one son, John McGuire of La Plata, MD; one daughter, Amy McGuire of Bethesda, MD; two sisters, Karen Williams of Baltimore, MD and Candice (Richard) Kidwell of PA; four nephews, Lee Linkoff, Rjyan Kidwell, Evin Bernard, and Val Penn; and three nieces, Laura Linkoff, Kelley Kidwell, and Emily Bernard; and his two beloved companions, Jessy and Jack.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 6- 8pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 11am at St. Ignatius Catholic Church - Chapel Point, 8855 Chapel Point Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677. Interment will be by family at a later date.
