Sean Ernest Ledson, 65, of Hughesville, MD, died on November 26, 2011 at Civista Hospital, La Plata, MD. Sean was born on September 10, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY. Sean was the son of the late Gerald Aubrey Ledson and the late Geraldine Catherine Burke.

His favorite things to do were hunting, fishing, and yard work. Sean was a Redskin's Football fan. He was a war hero and belonged to the VFW.

He is predeceased by his brother, Craig Ledson.

Sean is survived by his wife, Margaret Marie Fox Ledson, his 3 sons, Joe Mulloy, Henry "Buddy" McCrackin, and George "Buck" Mulloy, his 3 daughters, Cathy Smith, Rose Weston, and Lois Thompson, his brother, Moose Francis Ledson, 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and a host of many other family members and friends.

There will be a Viewing on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home in Charlotte Hall, MD. Interment will be at 11:00am on Friday, December 9, 2011 at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD 20623.
