Richard Blane Barlow Jr., 37, of Charlotte Hall died March 16, 2007.

Mr. Barlow as an electrician for more than 15 years with the electrical union Local 26. He was the lead singer in a local band Point 08. He also loved motorcycles.

Born Jan. 22, 1970, in Cheverly, he was the son of Richard Blane Barlow Sr. and the late Cecilia Marie Kurz Barlow.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna M. Merrill.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Charlotte M. Fawley Barlow; daughters, Melissa, Katelyn and Brandi Barlow; sister, Vickie Krell; and nephews, Lee Meyers, Robert and William Krell.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., with a service at 7 p.m., March 21 at Raymond Funeral Service chapel, La Plata. Burial will be private.
