Johanna Leigh Toole, 49, of Mechanicsville, MD, died on October 07, 2011 at Civista Hospital in LaPlata, MD. Johanna was born on February 13, 1962 in Washington, D.C.

Johanna was the daughter of John Vincent Toole, Sr. and Judith Ann Baney-Toole.

Johanna loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially during the holidays. She enjoyed crabbing, clamming, and vacationing in Chincoteague, VA. Johanna also loved to go to Bingo.

Johanna is survived by her fiancé, Wilbert "Will" White, her father, John Vincent Toole, Sr., her mother, Judith Ann Baney-Toole, her daughter, Shonna M. Gardner, her 2 sons, Sean P. Gardner (Holly) and Shane D. Gardner (Stacey), her 5 grandchildren, James D. Windsor, Jr., Breanna M. Windsor, Logan P. Gardner, Lillian C. Gardner, and Kayleigh L. Gardner, her brother, John V. Toole, Jr. (Betty), her sister, Barbara Thompson (Charles, Jr.), and many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends for a Life Celebration on Saturday October 15, 2011 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at The Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Funeral Services will also be held on Saturday October 15, 2011 at 11:00AM at The Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home in Charlotte Hall. Interment will follow to Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601.

The Pallbearers are: Shane Gardner, John Toole, Jr., Charles Thompson, Corey Thompson, Ronnie Toole, and Steven Jamieson.
