Karen was a Day Care Provider for 20 years with Childtime Daycare in Waldorf, MD.

She enjoyed her family and friends, she loved playing Bingo and going to play slots!! She also loved going to the pool during the summer with her grandchildren and her niece Sarha.

Karen will be greatly missed by all that knew her and loved being around her. She always would make you laugh, even if you were down. We love you very much.

Daughter of the living George E. King, Sr., and the late Diane Marie Southard King.

Predeceased by her mother.

Survived by her father, George E. King, Sr.; ex-husband Robert Wayne King of Waldorf, MD; one son, Steven King of Waldorf, MD; one brother, George E. King. Jr., of Odenton, MD; three sisters, Georgette Elaine Beavers of Golden Beach, MD, Sherry marie Lane of Golden Beach, MD, and Kimberly L. Mendoza of Waldorf, MD; two brothers-in-law, Pablo Mendoza and John Lane; and one sister- in-law, Jean King. Also survived by two grandchildren, Rebecca Lynn King and Brittney Ann Gordon.
