Howard Jackson "Sonny" Moore, Jr., 44, of Hollywood, MD, died September 16, 2011, at St. Mary's Hospital. Born January 16, 1967, in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of the late Howard Jackson Moore and Sharon Ann Berry Moore of Hughesville, MD.

Sonny was a Parts Specialist at RE Michel. He also had his own web design business, Designed by Moore. In his spare time, he was an associate member of the Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department, loved to garden, spend time with his loving wife, and drive his 1956 Chevy.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Annette Lyon Moore, his mother, Sharon Ann Berry Moore, his sisters, Kathy Jean Pennington of Dunmore, West Virginia, and Alta Pauleen Moore Brewer of Hughesville, MD, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for Sonny's Life Celebration on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, from 5:00p.m. - 8:00p.m., at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at 10:45 a.m. Pastor Keith Corrick will officiate. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
